  5. If you have an older model of the router, you may have to turn off the router, reset and then turn it on again.

This method includes in you knowing your IP address. In order to find the IP address-

  • Press Windows and ‘R’ simultaneously.
  • Type ‘cmd’ in the pop-up that appears.
